All cancellations and refunds are to be made in writing (email). Should we not respond withing 24
hours, please resend the email. If still there is no response from our office, please call us and confirm that cancellation has been received.

For local donations, if notice of refund or cancellation is received by us at least 3 days after donation is done, amount donated less any charges associated with the transaction will be refunded.

For international donations, if notice of refund or cancellation is received by us at least 7 days after donation is done, amount donated less any charges associated with will be refunded. Donations will be forfeited for any refunds made after 7 days. We strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions before making a donation.
